Science

Currently, most pharmaceutical development and manufacturing systems rely on a Quality by Testing (QBT) model to ensure product quality. But the industry and regulators alike have recognized many of the inherent limitations of this approach. In response, a movement toward Quality by Design (QBD) helping assure the safe, effective supply of consumer drugs, while promising to significantly improve manufacturing quality.

img

Utilizing its parent Arges Biolab, Arges Life Science. is applying the QBD concept to product development to ensure quality control.

Analytical Research A high level of research is dependent not only on proper lab equipment, but also the right expertise. Arges Life is hitherto the only company in Bangladesh that has developed methods for detecting impurities in products.

Our Analytical Research and Development (ARD) facilities, which ensure quality control, include employ leading technologies and equipment like Parkin Elmer UV Spectrophotometer, Thermo Nicolet Avatar 370 FT-IR, Hitachi HPLC (Binary), Karl Fischer Tritator, (Mettler Toledo), Dissolution Test apparatus (vankel online).
